Dr. Nate Porcher

My name is Dr. Nate Porcher, and I am the owner and clinic director of Foundation Sport & Spine. We are THE chiropractor in the Northwest Suburbs for athletes and active individuals, but also love our aging adults who are looking to improve mobility and continue to have vitality and independence. We have been honored to work closely, for the past decade, with many of the local high school sports teams, including the track & field, cross country, and football teams at Fremd HS, Palatine HS, and Prospect HS.

At Foundation Sport & Spine, we seek to give you back what pain has taken away, one visit at a time, starting with a thorough chiropractic assessment, muscle activation testing, and motion X=rays. Then, we utilize a combination of Active Release Techniques, Massage Therapy (who doesn’t love a good massage?), Dry needling, and active rehabilitation to get you back on track and meet all of your health and lifestyle goals. We also provide Nutrition Response Testing(R) services, assessing your organ function, and using non-invasive muscle testing to determine any potential food sensitivities, heavy metal or environmental/industrial chemical toxicities, and the potential presence of parasites! From this testing, we are able to resolve these problems and restore optimal organ function using detoxification and healing protocols to bring your body into balance and help you return to your absolute best.
