Sports have been a part of my life since I was capable of walking. Competing in a variety of sports taught the value of hard work focused toward a task at a young age. Football and Track & Field were the primary focus in High School. During my senior year I was offered an Athletic Scholarship to play Football for Robert Morris University.
After injuries, a car accident, and the passing of my grandfather my focus shifted to life after Football and more so on Academics. Working in the fitness industry for over 10 years, I have learned from experience with credit to the hands-on approach and the professionals I have been blessed to learn from.
